Description

Are you a junior resident, intern, or medical student? Do you find yourself struggling to manage common on-call situations? Look no further than MD on Call!

Our app is already trusted by thousands of physicians around the world. We understand that at 3 AM, you don't want to sift through a textbook or a long UpToDate article. You just want to get things done. That's where MD on Call comes in.

Our app is fantastic for a review when rushing to a consult, just like Casey Park said. But don't just take our word for it. iMedicalApps.com raves, "If you have ever needed a quick reference to learn on the fly or been stumped by a late night call while cross-covering and you are willing to spend a few dollars to avoid that feeling, you should consider this app." And Dr. Jessica Otte of drottematic blog says, "It has all those handy little things that drug guides and medical references just don't capture concisely. I would pay at least double the cost for this handy little reference."

MD on Call is divided into 5 main sections: Issues, Labs, ECG, Misc, and Lines and Tubes. In the Issues section, we cover 26 frequent on-call situations, including management of specific conditions like Acute Coronary Syndrome and Dysuria/UTI. The Labs section covers common electrolyte abnormalities and their management. The ECG section provides normal and abnormal ECG values, complete with examples. The Misc section offers suggestions on how to write orders for admission, "comfort measures only," "on call" notes, OR and procedure notes, as well as information on transfusions and opioid conversion. Finally, the Lines and Tubes section covers how to manage common problems like a blocked NG tube.

Using MD on Call is easy. Simply search using acronyms or keywords, and you'll find the information you need quickly. And remember, our app is meant to be used as a guide only. It is not meant to replace clinical judgment.

So what are you waiting for? Download MD on Call today and take the first step towards being a more confident on-call physician. #MDonCall #MedicalApp #OnCallSolutions #MedicalStudents #JuniorResidents #Interns
